RETURNING A PRODUCT
To return a product you must first contact us via email or phone. We’ll help guide you through the returns process and provide you with a printable shipping label if necessary.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We’ll only accept products in the original sealed packaging. All unopened products must be returned to us within one week at the buyer’s expense. We’ll pay all return costs if it resulted in our error.
A refund will be issued within ten days of receiving the product(s) back. Shipping costs will not be refunded (unless it resulted in our error). Fresh cheeses are subject to a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from the total amount the customer is refunded.
