Four New Mozzarella Cheese Recipes

Chicken and Olive Bread Panzanella

Give a new twist to the traditional Italian salad with chicken, Mozzarella, and arugula. You will need olive bread cut into 1 inch cubes, olive oil, cider vinegar, roasted red peppers, kosher salt, and black pepper, apart from rotisserie chicken, small Mozzarella cubes, and baby arugula.

Bake the bread with olive oil until it turns golden and crisp. Wisk together vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. To this, add the bread, cheese, chicken, and arugula, and mix well. Your variety salad is ready.

Deep-Dish Eggplant Parmesan

For this recipe, you will need eggplants (cut into ¼-inch slices), grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, marinara sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

Bake the eggplants brushed with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper for nearly half an hour until they are tender. On the bottom of the baking dish, spread the sauce, and make layers of eggplant, Mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Make one more set of similar layer, and top it with the sauce and breadcrumbs. Bake for another half an hour, until the sauce bubbles and the cheese melts.

Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Add the tomatoes and mixed greens to it, and combine them together. Serve the mix with the baked eggplant and cheese.

Steak and Swiss Chard Panini

You will need strip steak, leaves of Swiss chard, sliced garlic, soft rolls, sliced Mozzarella, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.

Cook the steak strips seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet, and thinly slice them. Cook chard and garlic in the skillet for 4 to 6 minutes. Fill the soft rolls with steak, chard, and Mozzarella. Grill the rolls until the cheese has melted. Serve hot with carrot sticks.

Pasta with Sausage and Mozzarella

Spice up the fettuccine with red pepper flakes and Italian sausage. You will need Italian sausage, chopped broccolini, chopped rosemary leaves, fresh Mozzarella cheese, fettuccine, olive oil, and red pepper flakes.

Cook and drain the pasta. Cook the sausage in a skillet until it turns brown and place it in a plate. Cook the broccolini in the same skillet for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, and add rosemary and red pepper flakes to it. Add the broccolini, cheese balls, and sausage to the pasta and mix them well.
