Our Apple Smoked Reserve Cheddar is made from rBST free organic milk and free of any preservatives. It is ideal sliced up into salads, used in omelets or melted on your favorite sandwich. Using apple wood during the smoking process gives the cheese a slightly sweeter, but more dense fruity flavor. The smoked flavor of this cheese is mild enough to not overwhelm your taste buds, yet bold enough to enhance the flavor of meals it is added to. Cube it up and pair it with wheat crackers, pepperoni, and apple chutney to accentuate the flavor of this cheese.
