“I have enjoyed the Extra Sharp Cheddar and the Super Sharp Cheddar. Both are delicious; but on a purely personal level, I prefer the Super Sharp – for me the sharper, the better. I used both on a cheese tray with green grapes and walnuts as an appetizer and they were a hit. I put the Super Sharp in a Panini with Italian meats. It melted well and was a terrific addition to the sandwich. I also like the cheddar cheese curds. I tried the plain cheddar curds and the jalapeno cheddar curds. Fun, squeaky and delish!!”
