Shipping policy

We ship UPS Ground where delivery can be handled within two days otherwise, we require UPS 2 day shipping. 

All cheese shipped UPS is guaranteed to be delivered within 2-3 days of shipment! Orders can take up to 5-7 days to process.

All cheese shipped UPS: Ground and 2 Day will ship on Monday’s and Tuesday’s only. If you select one of shipping methods in the previous sentence, and place your order after 12:00PM (EST) Monday your order may not ship until the following Monday.

If UPS 2 Day Air is selected the latest we can ship it is Wednesday of the week. If you select UPS 2 Day Air, and place your order after 12:00PM (EST) Tuesday your order may not ship until the following week.

UPS does not deliver on weekends, so cheese will need to be delivered by Friday of the same week. We have this policy because the cheese could spoil sitting in the shipping warehouse.
